Devcon Flow-Mix 60 Second Epoxy is a super-fast, clear, non-shrinking general purpose epoxy that provides instant adhesion. Complete with a Blue Dye Indicator, the blue color disappears when epoxy is thoroughly mixed. Only mix the amount of resin and hardener together that can be used within the handling time, and always mix equal portions of resin and hardener thoroughly in order for this product to cure properly. The flow-mix nozzles automatically mix the resin and hardener. Apply the thoroughly mixed epoxy directly to your repair. For best results, pull plunger back slightly (1/8”) to allow air bubbles to rise to the top so that you do not push air bubbles into the Flow-Mix nozzle. To get an even flow of resin and hardener, push down evenly on the plunger. Water-resistant, this epoxy is useful for filling gaps and repairing toys, appliances, furniture, jewelry and more. Bonds metal, wood, glass, ceramic, and fiberglass with a tensile strength of 1250 PSI. Not recommended for use on polyethylene or polypropylene plastics. Temperature Range: -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

you must be ready to use it all in 60 seconds or the tip will set and you will lose the rest. This sets as fast as it says. I only used 50 percent before the mix locked up the tip. I will stick with JB weld. Works Fast!

Here's the thing with *anything* that cures to handling strength in sixty (60) seconds - HAVE A PLAN.Not just an idea of how things should go, but a real thought out operation.BECAUSE YOU REALLY ONLY HAVE 30 SECONDS, BEFORE CURING BEGINS AND YOU'RE OUT OF APPLICATION / ADJUSTMENT TIME.That said, well executed deployment of this adhesive is a dream.

The adhesive is in 2 syringes and is pumped out with a single plunger. The glue in one side had solidified and it was impossible to squeeze the adhesive out of the syringe.Impossible to use, Amazon gave a refund.

I buy my share of epoxy, and this is my favorite. Sets up just like it says, 60 seconds and bonds so well.

The epoxy worked well for the broken ceramic I had to put back together, BUT...I had to put all 5 pieces together within seconds. The bad thing about this epoxy, if you have a large project, don't use this one. It sets up too quickly!! It comes with 2 plastic spouts so the glue can combine with the hardener. As soon as I used it ONE time, one push of the glue, the spout hardened. The spout was unusable. You can't wait around! You have to glue everything in you project that one time before the spout hardens. At least it came with two spouts. I used the second one and we had to put everything together too quickly and glue it all within a minute. The project to fix the ceramic looks a bit of a mess. Two stars since I have half left and I cant use it.

The person who forced the contents out to fast needs more user education. It's not a feat of strenth, use two hand with slow pressure. The complainer about the "mixing nozzle" should read the instructions. It's a dispenser. Put it on a mixing surface, dispense and mix. When finished pull back on both plungers so no product is left in nozzles, replace cap and get on with it.The one with the hardened contents should learn how to return a product. This review area is for the product not the vendor. The neophyte who thinks the product mixes itself should read the reply about "mixing nozzle" above.
