It’s a small smaller than I wanted it to be but it’s perfect for keeping my valuables safe! I got the combination type since it’s better than keys. Definitely good for the value of the money purchased, and it has well enough functionality. Easy to use, just make sure you leave enough room inside the safe for the lock to close. I have a ton of other books on top of it in my dorm room and nobody questions it’s a safe!

I wanted a secret safe for money solely because I'm much too used to paying bills & purchasing basic needs with a debit card & I tend to forget when I have actual cash on me.I came across this by accident & being a solitary witch, I thought this would blend in well with my other witchy related books as well as various other books & items.& it does in fact blend in perfectly. Definitely worth every penny.

I’ve purchased about 6-7 of these - for myself and as gifts. The real page edges are nice and the variety of “titles” are a good plus. These books provide “security” by blending in with the other books in your bookcase. The closest you can find to a “real book” with similar titles, the more “secure” they’ll be. If they’re discovered by someone who’s intent is to steal, they aren’t going to prevent that - so the method of locking isn’t really a factor. In fact, I don’t even bother locking mine at all.I highly recommend these - their “incognito” features are some of the best I’ve found.I receive no incentives or compensation for the reviews I write.

Bought to blend into book shelf. Description on back of “book” actually sounds fairly interesting. “Pages” do move, which is a nice touch. Bought this one as ACOTAR-esk version was addition 20$. Still blends thanks to D&D collection.Only thing to keep in mind is there’s no author name, which would make it stand out if a reader is looking to steal lol maybe they’ll add a fake name to it eventually

I very much like and appreciate how realistic this looks on the shelf among other books! There are other brands I’ve tried which have stronger locks or other features like an accompanying fire proof bag, but they look so fake on the shelf, they would be spotted right away. What’s the point of a secret place to hide things if it is spotted so easily. Look for brands like this one which have “real paper” edges. You can always buy a fire-proof bag separately if that’s something you want. I sent back the fancier model I bought (that looked entirely FAKE on my shelf among other books) and I’m keeping this one. There are other brands that may be more robust in their locking mechanisms, etc., but I’d rather keep the one that won’t be spotted!

Looks great with a sturdy locking mechanism, exactly what I was looking for! Photos are accurate to the quality of the product.

This is about as sturdy as a real hardcover book. I got this for an Escape room style Christmas gift opening. I think it was a hit. I don't remember if it was this particular book, but I did have issues getting the combo lock I ordered (I was sent a key lock, instead). It was a little late to exchange it as Christmas was right around the corner. After the game was over, I just handed the books over to the kids as gifts, unwrapped. It was a huge hit. What I didn't like was the boxy appearance of the "book's" spine. Most of the hardcover books on my shelf have a slight curve to their spines. These could have been more realistic.

I bought this Bible Booksafe for my Wife and while I read some disappointing reviews, for the cost I thought it was a good buy. I received it on time - thanks Amazon, and when my Wife put it on her bookshelf with her other Bibles and Bible Study books, you would never guess this is a small safe for her to keep some of her more expensive jewelry I've bought her over the years. The pages actually look like pages and feel like pages against your finger. She loves it, the safe is constructed well enough that you are not going to pry it open with a butter knife. She's very happy with the quality and look so I'm happy too.I highly recommend this Bible Book Safe.
