How to make
Food ingredients:
12*eggs、Half a lemon、1*avocado、8*tablespoons of mayonnaise、Salt and pepper seasoning
Make it:
1. Boil the eggs thoroughly. Cool, peel and cut in half
2. Squeeze lemon juice into another cup
3. Crush the egg yolk and avocado with a fork
4. Season the prepared paste with mayonnaise&
Lemon juice, salt, and pepper seasoning
5. Fill the egg whites with cooked filling
6. Keep in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes

I have needed one of these for forever as deviled eggs are a staple at every event my family has. The platter is made of hard melamine resin and is durable. Holds up to 25 whole or halved eggs. The platter is easy to clean and is dishwasher safe. I imagine it would be microwave safe it if would fit but, it definitely is not oven safe. Great buy for the price and quality.

I am very pleased with this product. The clean and simple design looks elegant on a buffet table with all white serving dishes. I placed it on a white cake dish to give the table some variation in height and it worked great.
