I only needed one of these to replace the diode on a portable five panel solar array. it did the trick.

I tested these with a 1kV insulation tester and a 10A bench power supply. The diodes blocked a full 1kV reverse bias with no measurable leakage (effective resistance > 1GΩ).At 3A forward current, I measured a voltage drop of 0.86V.Under 5A continuous forward current, the diode rapidly heated to more than 100˚C (case external temperature), and the voltage drop fell to 0.82V.Under a brief 10A forward current, the forward voltage drop rose to 0.94V, then began falling fairly rapidly. I suspect that the part would cook itself very quickly at this current level without aggressive heat-sinking and/or active cooling.Of course, these come with zero documentation, so there's no way to KNOW what their limits are except by cooking a few. I'd rather not do that right now.If you have an application that draws an average current of 5A or less, these will PROBABLY be okay for it. If you try putting them on a hot roof with a 10A continuous current, I expect they won't last long.

The DEVMO 10PCS 10A 10 Amp 1000V 10A 1KV Axial Rectifier Diode Solar Panel R-6 Axial Electronic Silicon Diodesare standard diodes. They appear to be the correct size for the 10A rating. The measured 0.5V forward voltage drop on my multimeter. The packaged did include 10 pieces. They work.At ~$19 for 10 pieces they are definitely pricey and can be found much cheaper elsewhere.

These diodes are woefully lacking in specifications. Presumably they are 10A10 diodes, which when looked up, do have data sheets available from other manufacturers. I think it would be best if DEVMO themselves provided a datasheet though, then you would be able to confirm if it matched the specs of other manufacturers.Anyway, that aside, they have a rated 1.1V forward drop at the full rated load of 10A. I tested at just under 1.1A and recorded a drop of 0.8V, which could fit with 1.1V at 10A. At the test voltage I was using, 1.1V is a pretty high drop (I was using in an automotive application, testing a motorcycle headlight off a 12V battery). In other applications, like high voltage solar panels, that would not be such a high percentage drop. So, look up the specs online and decide if a 10A10 diode works in your application. As far as I can tell these are typical 10A10 diodes, hard to prove or disprove without a data sheet from this manufacturer though. I am dropping a star for their failure to provide documentation for their product.
