A reflex core allows 2" bits to flex up to 15-degrees to reduce breakage. Dewalt impact bits work well. Unfortunately the pack of 50 bits I ordered from this company was short 6 bits. I asked them to send the balance or if they prefer I would send the 44 bits back. They preferred the return. The bits arrived in a stapled bag, so someone counted wrong or their counting scale needs calibrated. So if it's not Dewalt packaging I recommend checking the count.

These are Impact Rated but I was still able to shear off many. Granted the application is removing screws that are painted over and have been thread-locked in a secured detention facility. I figure on breaking at least two per lock I work on and each lock has 11 screws. In comparison to other lower cost bits I have gone through that many per screw. I will also note that this is the second time I have purchased these and the later ones seemed to break quicker than the first batch I bought. Note that these do have the hole for the security screws.
