Works as it should, wire size is small gauge, but I haven't melted it yet . Using it on an everlast 315 amp tig. Draws 30 amps

Bought this for my portable generator, BUT the female end that plugs into the house circuit needed to be a twist lock for safety and for code. So this cordset doesn't work for my application.

We have two Teslas in a two car garage. One was just a couple of feet too far away for the 20' long mobile connector cable. This extension cord did the trick. Cord is thick and heavy, but still manageable.

I am using this to provide an outlet extension for my 40 AMP EV chargers. I needed a few extra feet to be able to swap between chargers, after my main charger started to misbehave. Good solid and safe construction.
