A bit smaller than i expected but it has a nice fine mesh and works perfectly well.

What was a tea strainer is now a handle and a sieve.Six weeks after purchase, broken.The two weak spot welds attaching the handle to the strainer ring were clearly sub-standard.Seller = Amazon, but no provision to return a faulty item!I suggest if you decide to buy this item, you rigorously check the spot welds so you can return prior to the 30 day warranty!So now, off to find something that's designed and manufactured properly. Maybe a tall order!
