I installed this LH brake assembly (Manual Adjusting) in March of 2024 prior to leaving our winter campsite in Yuma, AZ. We left Yuma on 4/1 and were headed to Alaska. We clocked about 3,650 trailer miles (over 29 Days) when we pulled into a rest area near Mezidian Jct in central BC, CA. The wheel was hot to the touch and the brakes had felt "grabby" for the previous 100 miles. I removed the wheel and hub to find the brake parts had completely come apart and been broken/ground to pieces. I removed all the parts and reassembled the wheel and continued the trip on 3 of 4 trailer brakes. I'm not sure why this assembly failed but I'm pretty sure 1 month & 3650 miles isn't an acceptable life span.
