My dog hates these. Chews on them till they come off. Will have to find something else.

My Maltipoos had her left leg amputated. The right leg surgery didn't work. So I used these it help her to not fall, slip and slide on our hard wood floors. She run around with these on.

My old boy (age 16) can't get around very well anymore and I thought maybe a little traction would help. These stick-on pads have a rubberized surface. They stick on easily and I was surprised that he didn't object to them or try to take them off. They look silly but he doesn't mind. They provide a small increase in traction, helping him walk on smooth floors but they only stayed on for a few days, making them a bit of a bother. You get 20 pads (5 sets) so this is at most a month's worth.

I've tried several of these and they just don't stick long enough to even have a single walk with my pup. I've tried without first cleaning her paws and with, same result. By the time I get back home on half an hour or less walk, most have come off. I like that they come in a small box of 20 and are easy to apply, but it's just not worth the price of admission for me. Maybe if you have a small dog these would work adequately.

When this arrived, the package was pretty beat up. I'm also not 100% it wasn't a return because there was some clear tape on top. Not really what you would expect to see for something at this price range. That being said all the patches were accounted for and none were missing. So thank goodness for that!I have an older dog that really needs some help on our tile floors. Also we have freak weather from time to time and could really use a good stand by for the hottest of hot days and freak light snow days. My little old dog never, ever, ever, EVER liked wearing clothes and especially not shoes or socks. His reaction isn't the typical .. it's actually to completely freeze and become a small dog statue. lol Now that he is elderly we really need some help and I'd never seen these before! Hopes were very high! And guess what it did deliver. I was able to safely place these on his paws. They do not appear to irritate or fall off. AND he didn't attempt whatsoever to even take/pull them off. It's a miracle!!! Again only downsides really appear to be the packaging (which could have just been effected via mail; unsure about that) and that it's a little out of my price range.

These are essentially k-tape with grippies on the bottom in the shape of paw pads. I have an elderly lab / Chesapeake Bay retriever mix who has what we call Slippy legs due to arthritis and general weakness from aging. Despite the 7,000 throw rugs that we have throughout the house it was still an issue every time he hit a tiny bit of solid flooring. I had low hopes for these because he hates having his feet touched and I have never had any luck getting him to keep on dog shoes. I took a chance and gently stuck these on only his back feet while he was laying down but not asleep. He didn't even notice and has not bothered them in the several days that they have been on! I did end up trimming a little bit off of the side of one because I didn't do a great job of placing it but they seem to be staying on great. Especially considering that I didn't trim his little Grinch foot hairs that grow through his paw pads.These have done a great job keeping him stable in the house and I don't think he's fallen once since these had them on. I only put them on the back feet, but they certainly could be used on all four if that's how your dog tends to slip and fall. These are an absolute lifesaver and I definitely will continue to use them.For reference, my dog is about 75 lb and a Labrador retriever / Chesapeake Bay retriever mix and I ordered the extra large which I think is the exact right size for him.
