I'm 6'4" 220lbs, this is just a medium size regular Dickies work shirt. I alread have a medium regular dickies and they fit identically to each other, I tried on side by side. I expected the cut to be slimmer through the mid section and wider up top, but its not... its just a medium. oh well! returned it and buying my ole' standard large in the regular dickies workd shirt which fits great!
