Well made, lightweight and warm jacket. I like my work jackets oversized for layering and this one runs true to size. I normally purchase another well-known brand, due to their drop in quality, I decided to try something different.The sherpa lining is very soft and warm. I've worn it daily, during colder weather and it's held up good. My only area of concern is the zipper. I haven't had any mechanical issues, but I wish it had a larger ykk style heavyweight zipper. The fine tooth zipper is difficult to feed into the pull and doesn't seem very durable. For the cost, it should have an upgraded zipper. This is the only reason I don't give 5 stars, but it's definitely a 4.5 and as good or better as the big name brand, at a few dollars less.

I have had a lot of hoodies but this is by far the best I've owned.The liner keeps you warm and the outer layer repels snow and rain.The cords to tighten the hood is in the pockets, that is helpful.

I've worn this for extended periods in temps from 50°F to 20°F and it always keeps me warm and comfortable with only minimal exertion (walking, standing) and a t-shirt as a base layer. The sleeves don't have the pile lining but do have a quilted lining like the liner for the M65 field jacket. Some reviewers don't like this, but I do because it keeps my arms just as warm as my core without restricting movement of my arms (especially if worn over a long sleeve base layer). I'm 6'4" with a 36" sleeve length and the sleeve length is just right on me. Expect it to be a little longer if you have a regular sleeve length.It's decently wind resistant. I can wear this in a Force 3 wind with Force 5 gusts and not feel it. Layer this with a lightweight, windproof, combat smock and you can overcome the worst of it.The three-piece hood is a great feature. It fits over bump helmets and hard hats but is also not too big without any headwear. It moves with you and doesn't block your vision when swiveling your head. Keeping the drawstrings inside the hoodie was brilliant idea.This a quality garment and you can tell it by its weight compared to similar garments out there. The shell is thicker and more durable, and the pile lining is denser. It's built to last. You get what you pay for and more. Highly recommended.

This hoodie is very warm. It is made great quality material inside and out. My husband has one for work and one to go out with. He is 6'2 and 210 lbs and it is a perfect length, we got a size Large. It does not ride up and is not overly loose. It keeps him warm considering that he does a lot of outdoor work. It is worth the buy.

I bought this hoodie in brown, being a favorite clothing color of mine. I get compliments from other guys about how great it looks, and I believe it has a bear-ish quality that is cuddly and masculine that gives it appeal. After only a few months of wear and laundering, the dreaded pilling is starting, though the fabric is soft, so the pills can be brushed down. The hood is very large and falls down over my eyes, so I have to either wear a hat or always be fussing with it. Still, the look, comfort and warmth are perfect.
