I have this jacket, which I bought directly from Dickies.While the "Care instructions" state, "machine wash," this is incorrect and should never be done for waxed jackets.Dickies clearly states, "SPOT CLEAN ONLY." See the picture I posted. This is the normal procedure for waxed canvas jackets. If you machine wash, you will end up with no wax on the jacket.As for the lining, you can spray white vinegar, vodka, or odor eliminator.This jacket is not a relaxed fit. It is a regular fit. Nevertheless, it is very comfortable and very warm.While some people do not like its droptail, I do. Compared with longer chore jackets, I find that it is more maneuverable when the front is shorter. Furthermore, the droptail can cover your back fully.This is one of the best winter jackets by Dickies, while I own 4 other Dickies Eisenhower jackets. This type of jacket looks better and better, as it ages, if you know what I mean.
