This item works ok. I may have been expecting too much from it, as I bought it to help strip off old paint on my exterior door frames. It did a good job of removing the flaky bits that were already starting to lift. But, it didn't do much for the paint that was still adhered to the surface. I think if I had gotten the higher grit one, I might have had better luck. It does seem to do well to smooth a surface as long as it isn't too rough. Just don't expect it to do as well as sandpaper.

These wheels helped us remove paint from six-panel wooden doors without damaging the wood. We couldn't have done it without them.

I gave the kit 3 stars but in the single pack and the kit the blue brushes were junk. Fibers fell out when playing with it in my hand and flew apart when connected to a drill. I have used these for years to finish out closest door bevels. This time it ate up 2 brushes on a 9"x20" door when one brush could usually finish up all the doors in a bathroom. I hope it was a bad day at Dico or they have really lost the purpose of this product.

I was a bit disappointed as it didn't do what I expected. It is very good as a polishing of the wood in tight areas and curves. It doesn't sand off lines. It is very durable and will try to find more uses for it.Thanks
