I have been eyeing this advent the past two Christmas seasons. Thanks to the awesome people before me leaving great reviews, I took a leap (pun not intended) and grabbed one. I love it!!!! It's three pieces, sturdy, and definitely a conversation starter! My only regret: not purchasing one sooner. Thank you!!!!

Is made from medium-weight wood (not balsa), and the two pieces mesh together cleanly and solidly. Magnet for keeping Mr. Gruber in place during his descent each day is strong.

This is Die Hard advent model is to fun! Accurate description, exactly like the photos. The pieces fit well together and it’s sturdier than I expected. Great product.
