Unit arrived as promised, can’t really comment on accuracy of the air flow but can tell you that the thermometer is really really slow to respond indoors, can take 10-15min. Eventually settled to 1.9 degrees above a digital thermometer beside it and 2.5deg above an analog thermometer beside it. So have three thermometers all different! Support responded quickly and told me that it has a plus or minus 2 deg tolerance. Didn’t respond to my second email. My conclusion, don’t buy this unit for temperature monitoring if you need fast or accurate temperature readings. I bought from this seller because it included a case. I’ll have to test the air flow accuracy another time but it seems to respond nicely.

I used this to measure airflow from my vents, in order to better balance heat and AC through my home. I cannot comment on its pure accuracy, as I just compare values between different vents, however, it seems to work very well gives me readings even with vents that seem to have very little air flow.

'Great Product' and even ''Better Customer Service''.! These Units all come from the same manufacturing plant and the ONLY DIFFERENCE is the Company Name Slapped on it and the Colored Coded Side Grips. That's it! Seriously.! Why pay (much - from some vendors) more for the very same product elsewhere.? I am Very Happy With This Purchase.! Definitely Recommended.! Enjoy...ps; Thanks Alex...
