- There is an unfixed battery box on the top of the main body. Pick it out use your thumb nail and you can see the battery. Battery can be easily changed without extra tools.
There is a protective film which can be removed on the glass screen. After the screen is produced, a plastic film will be pasted to protect the lcd screen, and the protective film might be scratched during caliper installation. Once the film removed, it will be perfect.
50mm Large LCD Screen

Outside Diameter

- Measure the internal diameter of objects with the two short jaws. Put the two short jaws inside the subject, roll the thumb roller to against the subjects inner diameter
Step
- Measure the step with the two short jaws. Set the caliper vertically on the surface, roller the thumb roller until the upper short jaws’ lower section is parallel to the step
Depth
- Measure the step with the two short jaws. Set the caliper vertically on the surface, roller the thumb roller until the upper short jaws’ lower section is parallel to the step

The front face was loose and measurements where unpredictable, i had to remove the rear sticker to tighten the screws but one was missing, not as accurate as they say.

This Caliper is good for its price range, the best thing about it is the large display. The caliper has a battery door that gets lose so be weary of that. other than that its a pretty standard caliper with buttons you would find on similar products. It is accurate but I always recommend measuring twice with any measuring device ;)

This digital caliper is a joy to work with, no more trying to figure out what results the analog caliper is showing, the large display is easy to read, and shows results in, mm as you wish. The manufacturer also added a fresh battery additionally to the one that's already in the device and a tool for changing the battery.

I am very happy with the caliper but, even though the outer packaging was not damaged the actual item box and the plastic case holding the caliper was damaged. I'm hoping I can get a replacement plastic case without having to return the item I like it so much.

Checked these against calibrated units, on various test gauges.The result was... my boss asking me where I got them, because ours were 200.00$ and need to be calibrated twice per year, and these can be used for almost all of the work we do, minus General Dynamics and other government contract stuff...They're great... And you think they're plastic by looking at the photo...NOPE! They're actually metal, I was amazed at that.These are great for the hobbyist and very very very very very close to the government/military spec ones we used at work.Good job guys, this is quality stuff, at a reasonable price.Finally found a good company that makes cheap calipers.
