It's difficult to properly compare oscilloscopes at this price point. For example, one can get a 150MhZ scope with function generator and physical knobs from a well-known brand for only around $250. Used Tektronix scopes that are in decent condition go for about that too. This scope is priced a bit cheaper, and I think this is reasonable given the feature difference.I had no trouble getting the scope to work. The interface is touch-screen only (though there is a physical on/off switch, thankfully), and some of the navigation and controls took a little getting used to, but nothing that was overly unintuitive or difficult.My only real quibble is that the probe calibration connection only offers one nub and no ground. This is inconvenient, but easy to get around. The included probes aren't bad, and they required very little adjustment out of the box. I would have greatly preferred that they include a function generator --- even a rudimentary one --- but they didn't claim to, and at this price level it's hardly reasonable to expect one.The device is small and light, and powered by a USB-C cord. I personally find it to be a lot better than the army of handheld oscilloscopes I've tested recently. In fact, I think it's ideal use would be as a light, portable no-frills scope.
