I have ordered and returned two of these, and both came with product box opened and damaged, this one had rust on it, and missing two batteries that the box and instruction manual states are included, sent both back for refund

Item works as advertised. My only issue with it is that the plastic isn’t completely flush at the bottom of the handle.

Works well. Accurate weight reading. Easy to read screen. Build quality is ok. The battery compartment covers don't fit quite right but doesn't affect use of the scale.
