Instructions appear to be incorrect about setting time zone. I have called the company 5 times and keep getting the run around. Headwind company seems to be very disorganized with terrible customer support.

it is junk Hard to read complicated to program and no instructions tohonestly first time I have ever reviewed anything.My wife and I use amazon for almost everything and love the productsNOT THIS ONE....it's also just a rip off ..

I wanted a thermometer that could measure humidity. Theoretically this does that. I can’t say for certain because the writing is so impossibly hard to read. I’m a 30 yo with 20/20 vision. I don’t know why this is so challenging. I can’t seem to angle it right to be able to edit settings and modes.What’s more - I can’t find a user manual for this thing ANYWHERE online. So I guess if you’ve already ordered it, def hang onto that. Our alarm has started mysteriously going off every morning at 6am and I haven’t a clue how to fix it. I’ve found digital devices in the past to be largely intuitive and/or I’m able to get answers to my technical questions online. This however is the one exception.Not worth the money.
