Your cart is empty. Install:
1. Disconnect the power
2. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws on the bottom plate of the grill and take off the bottom plate
3. Find the wiring harness, disconnect all connections, and remove the old digital thermostat controller board with the help of a tool
4. Connect the probe wire to the location of the blue box on the new controller board
5.. Insert the new plugs into the connectors again in the original order, then reattach the controller to the grill
6. Install the bottom plate and use it normally.

Meaning of possible error codes after connection
ERR: This indicates a possible disconnection of the furnace temperature probe. Please check if it is properly connected.
ERL: This code signifies a failed ignition. In such cases, we suggest inspecting the ignition rod for any issues.
ERH: If this code appears, it means that the temperature has exceeded the recommended level, causing the controller to automatically shut down and stop feeding. You can open the cover to dissipate heat and restart the machine later.

2.After the error is displayed, please check the meaning of the garbled code listed in the product description. If it is not included, please check the oven motor, fan, ignition rod, etc.
3.It is recommended to find a professional to install it for specific installation and use.
4.The interface should be plugged in tightly during installation. If the interface is not plugged in tightly, it will loosen later, causing a short circuit or other faults.
5.When the temperature drops to about 180, add the auger to the pot. It will take about 5 minutes to start producing more smoke.

My mother board died! I have never had a constant temp since I bought my grill… this FIXED that!! It olds my smokers temp perfectly… I can’t say enough good things about it!!!

Wiring issues were resolved by using the wiring pictures on Amazon's product page and the product's manual. Better temperature dial then the original control. This one has the all too common 400 degree setting. Original jumped from 375 to 450. Fan also pulsates on this one as the original one stayed on all the time. Not sure if this will contribute to premature fan failure or not. Only time will tell. Overall, very pleased with this controller. Much less with Z-Grills support which doesn't return emails for support and honor 3 year warranty. NO RESPONSE FROM Z-GRILLS.

Purchased this controller for my Zgrill 7002Last October 30th.. it worked well at first , but after 6 months of 1x per week use, the display stopped working..
