It is strange because this is made specifically for putting the Digium phone on the wall. It mounted the phone at an angle where the receiver slides off the base constantly. How does this piece of plastic have a few anonymous 5 star reviews? It is simply not doing the one task it was designed for. We tried loosening the screws on the wall and wedging cardboard underneath the bottom of it, so that we create the angle to keep it hung up. That still doesn't work but we cant return this and need the phone on the wall. It is simply the worst.
