I recommend changing the material used for at least the part that the motor secures to, if not all of it to 6061-t6 Aluminum, as it it much more ridged and stronger to cure bending and breaking due weakness caused by close holes. I doubt if the cost will increase, if at all.

There is no dimension drawing for this unit which makes it hard... the motor mounting dimension of 25 - 30 mm is actually 12mm. I have no idea where the other dimensions come from ??

Look perfect to replace the broken mount on my plane. Haven’t used it yet, but looks like it will work. Well made.
