So the pic shows 2 and the title says titanium as well as aluminum allow. I'm guessing "titanium" is the color? The arm is aluminum allow but I doubt it's TiAl. The description says "material: aluminum" elsewhere "aluminum allow" and "color: as picture shouws (sic)" and elsewhere "Titanium, blue". So I'm thinking there's no Ti in there at all. The pic shows 2 arms, but only 1 is included, and if you look closely at the specs only 1 is listed. All in all, kind of deceptive on the sellers part in my opinion.

Good product but I only received one. At this price point two would have been a good deal, but only one makes it quite expensive compared to other sellers.
