Our cat loves her scratcher so much that some of it was starting to come off, so I thought it best to replace the bottom portion. I was so happy when I found this replacement. It was easy to disassemble the scratcher and replace the bottom scratcher and put it back together. Our cat was so happy when it was put back together that she immediately went over and scratched on it!

The screw to my item did not fit the hole in the replaced cat pole. but luckily i had one saved from a previous cat scratcher. I would suggest you add some screws to fit your replacement scratchers

I bought this as a replacement part for a large cat tree but when it arrived the thread hole diameter was not standard size. The hole is to small and it won't fit any of my cat scratching posts.

Misleading information. This replacement post is not the same as the original. The sisal is only 3 mm wide, as opposed to 5 mm on the original post. It's going back.

I got this as a replacement for the car scratcher posts I had that were tore up pretty bad, these ones are a bit smaller but do the job just as well. Satisfied with my purchase.

After about a year, my scratching posts needed some help. My two cats love them and the sisal posts were worn out. I was so happy to find that there are replacement parts available and I didn't have to purchase completely new scratching posts. Just installed the new posts and they fit perfectly. Included was the hardware needed. Great product that I would highly recommend.

My expensive cat tree is falling apart. I ordered this as one of the posts literally came loose and couldn't be re-attached because the plastic threads were completely shredded. This post is way better quality- completely metal threads and very sturdy. It is also double-ended which means it works perfectly for the posts with beds/platforms on top. Would recommend this to anyone needing a replacement piece for their cat tree.
