It's a beautiful Cardinal. I finished him first. I then stared working on branches. Only got one corner done when I ran out of the lt.blue. Tried calling company to see if they'd give me thread brand name or send me more thread. Only got a text stating they needed brand of thread. Nowhere on the paperwork does it give that information. They couldn't help me so I tried to match thread up with some found in a store.

I am almost finished with this design and it is going to be beautiful. High quality kit!Be aware that it is a very complicated pattern with cross stitches, half stitches, back stitching and blends.I will definitely feel a great sense of accomplishment when I finish, frame and send this to my friend as a gift!

The brand is a good one that I've used before. Only complaint is the tangled floss but I'm used to that so its fine. Good quality.

Lovin' it! The color gradations are wonderful and the palette setup and all is great. My biggest problem is the material is very stiff and black so the going is slow. It makes it difficult to find the holes from the back though I do see the advantage to that for the finished product so I didn't wash out the sizing.

A. Little harder to work on with the black Aida cloth but I would recommend. Have not finished yet but am hopeful there is enough thread supplied.

Beautiful in picture, but the small count black thread on black canvas is impossible to see. If I continue, I will buy light grey fabric in a larger count.BB in KY

Working on black aida fabric is a little more challenging than working on white. Definitely recommended to experienced cross stitchers, the finished product is beautiful. Contains enough thread to complete the project as long as you don't waste any. Contact Dimensions for extra thread if needed.

The thread is seperated for you. (Big time saver) Like all Dimensions Kits you get every thing you need to create a beautiful work of art.The chart is easy to use and you get good quality fabric. This kit is not too good for beginners- there is a lot of backstick, and the dark fabric is harder to work with than white. But I am looking forward to completing this one,and ordering more of this type.
