The product is beautiful. But the packaging was terrible. The original box it came in was demolished and therefore not acceptable to give as a Christmas Gift.

The bell is ok, but the packaging is terrible, I bought this to give to customers visiting our National Capitol, and can not give it in its original box.

The bell looks absolutely different than on the picture. It looks cheap. The box that it was in is half-broken. I am returning the item.
