Not good at all for a small dog the rope leash is heavy and the hardware is beyond heavy My dog is 18 lbs and the hardware is way to heavy on her back

UPDATE: I love this leash the more I use it. We had a garage sale this last weekend and Milly was able to be with me the whole time because of this leash. Having my hands free is the best. Plus, Milly is happy because she gets to do more with me.First Review; I love this leash. I actually bought a second one last week to connect together so my dog, Milly, has more room to roam when we are in our front yard or at the park. Milly has Jack Russell in her so she is a runner and can ever be off leash outside of our house or backyard. My granddaughter wore it the other day and and the two did a little jogging down the sidewalk. The quality is excellent.

these leashes are great quality, very sturdy as we have two large dogs 76 pounds the other 61 pounds. utilizing these are very comfortable and convenient while our walks are usually 2 miles plus

We live where it is quite cold. Our dog is a good walker so I like to be able to wrap this around my body and keep my hands in my pockets. I wear it like you would a cross body bag. It makes for a lovely walk! If your dog pulls a lot it might be a little tougher. I do love the length it gives him even though it is attached around me. The one thing that is tough for me but it still works is that it is very sturdy and heavy duty. The clip is large and quite strong. That is a good thing but my dog is only 20 pounds and hangs on him. So it might be more suitable for a bit larger dog.
