The Good:-Machined aluminum construction-Lightweight-Comes with hardware (depending on install)-Works great as a post mount 34mm to flat mount adapter 74mmThe OK:-Adds 20mm to caliper height (not obvious based on description)-Inner edge might stick out too far for floating rotors (you can switch rotor types or modify with a grinding tool like I did)The Bad:-NothingThis is one of those parts if you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for it can be hard to figure out. This is a post to flat mount adapter and requires a depth clearance of 13mm. Pay close attention to their sizing guide and measurements before you order. It’s well made out of CNC aluminum and comes with the hardware to mount it unless your frame requires longer screws or spacers. The inner edge of the bracket can stick out enough to rub against floating rotors, it’s easy to grind it down to work correctly but they should have just made it flat for maximum clearance. My install was a Fuji 1.7 Traverse that had flat mount Tektro calipers and I added post mount “road bike” hybrid calipers. Despite the claim of 180mm rotors in the description this bracket actually just adds 20mm to whatever caliper you install. If you need this part there aren’t many options I’ve seen out there and despite the one flaw in the inner edge it’s really well made and mostly what you’ll probably need. Though you could just save yourself a bunch potential frustration and buy the correct size/mount caliper.
