First off - A+ grade handles on this entire set! I hate the cheapo plastidip tool grips but these don't have that. These have fully custom formed handles for each tool which are thick in the hand and make handling easy and worry-free.The pliers themselves lock up super tight. I am really pleased with how tight the lock-up is - nothing loose that I can see.The joints of each plier are well lubricated with a grease/oil. I ran mine through a bunch of open/closing actions to work some of the extra grease out and wipe it off. Plenty left! Really happy with how well lubricated the joints are.Overall I am over-the-moon thrilled with the quality and workmanship on these. Love the handles, love the grips. Solid 5/5 from me! Highly recommend this set!

I started with Lego sets, then added in wooden model build sets, and finally started to try some metal work builds. The earliest one I made was a small grand piano set, and I realized very quickly that having tools would make the build experience way, way better - otherwise my fingertips would get pretty beat up. This set is a decent beginner set that can make your metalwork builds way less painful and a lot finer.

I like this pair of pliers. For some things, you want ridges in the nose to help hold things. But sometimes you lose precision that way as things have to slip into the cuts, and the grip isn't as uniform. This one has smooth jaws, which is interesting. The spring is not a single piece of metal, but two pieces meeting that are "trying" to spring apart. This allows the use of much thicker metal than a single-piece spring, so the spring should last a long time. The jaws lined up perfectly on mine, and I did not notice any protruding sharp edges. The sides of the jaws are square corners but do not cut the skin, some good fabrication there. The handle has a reasonable amount of grip, and for more grip you can put your thumb down in the "valley" at the front of the handles. Hold them sideways in your hand and they are very comfortable, and they stay open until you are ready to squeeze them. This will probably be my favorite set, unless I need serrations in the tips.

These pliers are marginally useful for bending wire and metal as well as holding small parts in place. The pair I received must have slipped through quality control as they are poorly made. Check out my photos as you'll see voids and gaps in the metal prongs. The metal appears to be delaminating or perhaps never adhered properly during forging. The two prongs are misaligned and aren't even the same length. There is no grip at the end so these pliers aren't useful for extracting nails or grabbing hold of smooth items. I've found them marginally useful.

This is a very nice set of 3 of pliers! They are made of high quality materials and you can feel it when you hold them. I do repairs on the regular for 3D printers and these stay in my printer repair bag. The are comfortable to use constantly. These would be great for arts and crafts considering the types of pliers that come in the 3 pack. You really can’t beat the pricing for this set and the shipping is extremely fast! I highly recommend this product!!
