Simply plug it in and navigate to the Dish Joey setup menu and select Bluetooth Audio, turn it on and pair your desired audio device.

The device works great on our Samsung TV using DISH. The only problem is no volume control so you must use Bluetooth earphones that have their own volume control. If that isn't an issue - you should be very happy with the adapter and adding Bluetooth to your TV. We are using this adapter on the Joey in a bedroom, the Hopper on our main TV set up doesn't require this adapter - it has Bluetooth capability.

This Bluetooth adapter works perfectly on my Wolly receiver. My wife and I work overnights and sleep during the day, we got this so our son can still watch Dish and listen through his head phones and not wake us up. Connects easy, just find the Bluetooth options under settings and pair it to your favorite Bluetooth device.

It seams to work but even with headset volume control it is still pretty low.A bit pricey due to this issue.

If you need to pair your Bluetooth headphones to a Dish Joey, this will do the trick. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I plugged it in to the back of Joey USB port, the Bluetooth icon appeared in the Dish menu. I then powered up my Bluetooth headphones and right away they began to pair. The only thing is you need to turn off the volume on your TV and use the volume controls on your headphones. I am so happy for this low cost solution!
