Rusted after first use. The clasp is not secure so it opens up like a book during the washing cycle. The silicone mat flies out of it. Tried to clamp it shut with a binder clip but the silicone mat fell through the gap on the bottom.

I usually put my cutting mats on their end in the dishwasher, and of course, they come out curved. It's a small detail but a niggling problem, and this stainless-steel mat holder solves the problem. It's also good for neatly storing the mats in the cupboard.I have two sizes of cutting mats, and I thought the larger ones wouldn't fit, but it's a perfect fit on the width, so the basket can clip to close, and the mats stick out a little bit on the ends, which is no problem.It's good, sturdy stainless steel, but the price is a bit steep for this hardly necessary convenience.
