This piece fits right in where it’s supposed to and very easy to plug in! I thought it was going to be a running light, but I don’t mind that it’s just sequential because it’s blacked out. I love the look and how it lights up with the signal. You do need to purchase the other necessary light on the front side of the mirror to plug into. It works amazing though! And very easy to install.

I used this on my 2007 F150 Lariat, the old ones kept falling out. I did have to use extra silicone around the housing of the light itself to prevent moisture from creeping into the light. You will also have to tape or use heat shrink to prevent the connectors from grounding out. It will need a little nudge with a tiny flat tip at the latch to get it seated in there.

Replaced those hazy orange reflectors. Install was fairly straight forward. They are left and right handed so be aware of that. You'll need to drill a small hold to pass the cable for the blinker to the back side one. It's plug and play if you install the aftermarket ones at the same time which is nice. I did not wire them to function as switchback markers because I didn't feel like running the wires inside at the time. So for now, I just tapped the puddle lamp so they only light up white when the puddle lamps are on. I'm probably going to leave it like this as they are pretty underwhelming behind that smoked lens compared to the Morimoto DRL's on my headlights.Just be careful when prying the mirror glass off. I shattered my glass on the passenger side and broke the motor on my driver side installing these. Oof... expensive lesson learned.
