I have built many things and this has got to have been one of the worse set of instructions I have EVER had to read… even had typos (screw was scream 🤯)…after assembling and disassembling multiple time… I finally figured it out. I will install it tomorrow… quality looks pretty dissent….lets see how it does.

Love this contemporary screen for our ac unit. Our other was old and plastic. This refreshes our front of house look.

You are dealing with a third party that will not let you return for a refund. They also won’t pay to have it returned back to them.Poor quality and extremely poor customer service.

Easy to put together & set up.Feels flimsy but hadn’t fallen down yet.Boards warp & fade very quickly.Had to take down, it looked worse than the AC eyesore.

We love the looks of these panels BUT……. The panels can’t be tightened real secure because there is no way to rotate the longer nut end to the shorter screw piece. The longer nut piece has no head on it to grab with a tool. The head is just a thin flat piece that cannot be stabilized while turning the screw. It doesn’t matter which end you are trying to rotate, it is not going to work without the longer nut end having a head to be able to hold still and stabilize. The nut end just rotates with the screw.I have tried working with the seller but they have no answers as to the fix for the issue. Their response is to rotate the nut end and hold the screw still. You can’t rotate the nut end without a head on the end to grab a tool into.We purchased 2 of these units and we live on a hill that gets extreme strong winds and we need the panels to be tight not floppy. We even set the footings in concrete as our ground is solid rock we had to jack hammer.We used a different brand on the other side of the house and it is solid and tight. No issues at all. They used a real nut and bolt system.

Great fence for someone who wants an easily assembled project. Quality control could’ve been better as the caps to the posts were not included and a couple boards had oozed sap and made discolored areas on a couple of boards. I tried contacting the company but had no luck.
