Well constructed models of skulls, excellent for teaching. Jaw is hinged on durable springs, which is a nice feature. Very realistic, and size is accurate-I have real skulls of these type and they look very similar. Great value for money!

a nifty set for comparative anatomy studies but these models are rather crude and lack some significant details. As a decoration they are wonderful and for the study of cranial shapes they are certainly advantageous. The spring loaded hinges are really strong and it takes a bit of force to open the jaws. Overall these skulls are fairly accurate and detailed enough to be useful as a visual aide in conjunction with textbook studies. They are worth the asking price.

I like how realistic these skulls are, and you get all three (dog, cat and rabbit). Each one has a spring on each side to keep the jaws closed. My only complaint is that the bottom jaw of the dog and cat don't line up right and seem warped or something (you can see what I'm talking about in my pics).

My daughter collects skulls and is thrilled to have these. Obviously, they are not real and no animals were harmed in creating these, but the size and everything seems fairly accurate and they're made well. The springs are a little crude looking but my daughter still thinks they are cool and is happy to have them.

I teach university anatomy and physiology and this skull set is a great companion to my other teaching and anatomy aids. Overall they are well cast. The only one I considered to be sub-par was the rabbit skill, which seemed a little more roughly cast than the dog or cat skull. It’s serviceable, however, and I only felt obligated to dock 1 star. I also noticed that the white color of the plastic was a little different with a different level of glossiness for each skull, but that’s very minor. Recommended for the animal anatomist.

These MediTrainer Dog & Cat & Rabbit Skull Models are a perfect gift for someone who is studying animals for any reason. They are molds of actual skulls, and held together with springs so that the jaws open and close. They offer close, hands-on study. Great way to become familiar with the anatomical detail. Recommended.

These MediTrainer Dog & Cat & Rabbit Skulls look like the real thing and are ideal for teaching anatomy. I like the fact that they are made of PVC – no animals were harmed in their production – and are nontoxic and easy to clean. They are on the small side, and the largest is definitely for a small dog. The moveable jaws are a nice touch, although the springs are very tight and a little hard to open. The main issue was with the cat skull; it seems a bit crooked and misaligned. But other than that, they are good.
