Theses were very difficult for our dogs to catch. Thick and didn't fly far. Ended up being back yard chew toys.

They fly nice, but do not hold up. After about 5 minutes they were covered in tooth holes. We have another one that has held up for years, so probably keep looking and do not buy these.

If your dogs a chewer they are no good. For the sake of throwing frisbee it's great but if they get a hold of the frisbee and like to chew they will destroy it quickly

This dog flying disc is fantastic! It’s durable, lightweight, and flies really well, making playtime with my dog so much fun. My dog loves it, and it holds up great even with his enthusiastic play. Highly recommend for any pup who loves to fetch!

I ordered this for my 50 lb female Pitty mix. She loves playing fetch and also loves tug of war and also loves chewing on things. So no that the stage has been set, I like the pink color for my female pup and it is easy to see in the air and on the ground or in your dog's mouth.I like the message too...Dogs are just better than most people, just disappointed I won't get to use this in public and see the reaction of people who come across it lol.The weight felt good to me, but yes heavier than a regular frisbee. Shouldn't be a problem for most dogs. Not a problem for mine. Advertisement is true that it is safe on your dog's teeth and gums, so excellent if they do chew on it or when they clamp down to catch it.The disc is easy to throw and fun to throw, but my dog hasn't grasped the frisbee life and just goes and fetches it. She did the same with this disc, but was hoping that it would hang in the air a bit longer for her to get interested in. In my opinion, it throws and flies pretty normal. The outer rubber coating is very resistant to biting and chews. That is the best part about this disc, cause it works! The problem I encountered is that my dog definitely chomped on all the outer coated edging, but then inner material is not chew proof or claw proof, and she just just wanted to chew and rip the fabric material away.Anyway, after about 10 minutes of use with attempts to play frisbee or just fetch, resulted in me chasing her to prevent her from non-stop chewing. She loved every minute of it, but sadly there was already a tear in the material. Based on her play rate, this toy will be destroyed in about 2-3 days if I supervise her play with it. But, I bet the outer ring will still be useful just as a chew disc.So as other have mentioned, if you have an experienced frisbee dog, a non aggressive chewer, puppy, or older dog who won't be as rough, then I think this is definitely perfect and I think the advertisement is pretty accurate.I am rating 4 stars only because I'm suggesting that the manufacturer list at least a disclaimer that this is not ideal for aggressive chewers. The disc works and will be great for a lot of dogs, sadly, just not for my girl, but don't want that small point keep your pup from this cool dog toy if they are the right temperament.
