I am very disappointed with this product. The design is very nice with big size of pockets, cute color and patted belt. However, the bottom cannot be kept level as shown in the picture. It depends on whether you have a bust or not, so I think that if the adjustment belt around the chest to keep the level could be pulled up from the bottom front, the level would be kept comfortable. Unfortunately it was completely useless for me and my dog.

This is a good pet carrier with some limitations. I have other backpack type carriers and have yet to find one that meets all of my needs . This one is nice in it is made of a wipeable material and the seams seem very secure and sturdy. It has very nice and sizable pockets which can fit cell phones, keys and poop bags so I truly appreciate those features. I don’t necessarily like the shoulder straps as they are uncomfortable after a while. These should be padded the majority of the length. I also do not like the draw string top as it is very cumbersome and a little bit of a worry about my dog becoming entangled in it. It relies solely on that to keep your pet from jumping out versus a true safety net strap inside the bag. I think this is better fitted for toy breeds and definitely not anything past 10 lbs as the description states.

I went with this carrier for my Maine Coon, and it’s absolutely perfect! I chose the green color, and it’s beautiful. The carrier is well-made, sturdy, and designed for comfort—my Luna can breathe easily and feels secure inside. It also has great pockets for everything I need. She loves it, and it makes traveling with her so easy. Highly recommend for any pet owner!

Our dogs were initially suspicious, but one dog laid down and was immovable within seconds of being placed in the carrier. So mixed reviews from the dogs, 7lbs toy poodle who loved it, and 10lbs super-senior chi-mix (needs convincing).-The mesh netting with the toggle adjust is a nice touch but too cumbersome for us. I understand it's a safety feature to keep the animal inside if you bend over straight 90 degrees (who even bends over like that?). But I plan to cut that part out of the bag entirely. I don't want our dogs nails to get caught in the mesh.-The straps and buckles and various methods of securing the bag to your body are great. Several adjustable options for different human body shapes and varied k-9 preferences.-The straps all have a small piece of elastic to keep the extra strap length from catching or wrapping around something. This is a small, maybe insignificant feature to some, but I think it's incredibly well thought out and appreciated.-The material feels tough without being scratchy or too rough.-The pocket on the back, or the belly of the bag, depending on how you wear it, is my favorite addition to 21st century backpacks lol.-The little zipper opening on the bottom to allow your pet's head to stick out if they lie down is just so cute. Good on you guys.-I think the current price point of about $38 is a bit steep in my opinion. I think $25-$30 max would be more appropriate.

This bag has been a let-down and sort of has been a waste for me. The bag is not shaped in a way that makes it clearly work better for wearing on the front than on the back (it feels like any backpack worn backwards...), it has no support in it for the dog, and it doesn't feel like my dog would be secure in it.
