I love how it keeps our tie out from getting twisted and tangled. Easy to install and easy to hook up. Contains our 100lb German Shepard easily. No worries about it coming undone from the ground.

It's always a challenge to keep the dogs contained while camping - usually, we attach their leads to various trees in our campsite, but they always manage to get tangled up no matter what. This is going to save us a lot of angst! The long screws that come with this are impressive - easy to install with the included tool, and does not budge no matter what! I love the swivel ball on top - me and the dogs are going to be much happier that they'll be tangle-free. Well, until they try to get in our camp chairs or something, then all bets are off. 😅 I will definitely be getting more of these for each of our doggies for our camping this summer - highly recommend!

This isn't the average tie out stake. In fact, it's way above average. It comes with the 6 long screws and tools to place it in the ground. It also comes with a heavier lead, which is great for when my son brings his dog over but it's too heavy for my tiny puppy.Easy to install. I did it by hand with the included tool in less than 5 minutes. My ground is very rocky and has quite a bit of slate in it. These screws went right through everything. I attached my puppy's lead to it and leaned back trying to pull it out of the ground (as a test) and wound up landing on my bottom. But the stake stayed in the ground.Test 2 - I had my son bring his German Shepherd over and we put him on the lead. He couldn't even pull this thing out of the ground.I love the swivel ball at the top. The lead doesn't get tangled and allows my puppy more freedom when she's tied outside. My yard isn't fenced in, so she's only out there when I am. But now we can play fetch, she can laze on her elevated puppy bed (while I do yard work), etc. and I don't have to worry about her getting tangled or pulling out the stake.More peace of mind, my puppy enjoys her time on it, easy to install, and very affordable!

Great quality and very heavy duty. It's easy to install into the ground and impossible for our 65lb kitty to pull it out. Love the low profile meaning no more tripping over a metal handle like others we've used. Seems to be very durable. Very happy with the product.

Interesting idea. Dont think would work for big dog, the screw bolts that hold it inare so very close together that they ruffle up the ground right next to each other and make it loose,especially in soft soil. I pounded it into some gravel driveway to see if that would work. Trying tocover the ball bearing on top- when not in use since any rain and dirt will get into it andmake it not swivel well. Put oil in it too. Maybe somehow have a little rubber edge that coverstop, but that likely to get knocked off when swivel is used. Will be curious to see what improvementsare made !

Took a while to get to this but finally had the opportunity to try this out. This is a vastly different system than I am used to (normally have a large corkscrew lookin deal). It seems to work well if you set it up properly, or not so well if you’re an idiot like myself who didn’t follow instructions the first time. It took a little doing to get it worked out but now that I know what I am doing it won’t be a problem moving forward.I tried this out with my 45lb pittie and it worked well. I want to try with my husky but I worry that it may not be up to the challenge (not the fault of a product but rather my husky has super-dog strength and an uncanny ability to escape anything that tries to contain her) but I will try it eventually.Overall look forward to taking this on camping trips and seeing how it does with various types of ground.Added bonus, orange is my favorite color and what guy doesn’t like shiny machined parts! It’s built real sturdy and nice finishes.

I'm very pleased with this item. It's perfect for my 75lb pit bull, and the fact that it spins has eliminated the tangling issue we experienced with our previous ones. Installation was easy, and despite my backyard having loose dirt, the screws held firm. I also appreciate the bright orange color, making it visible above ground. Overall, it's a great product that's well worth the investment.
