Use steps:
Select ‘Manual’ work mode after enter into Set Interface by touch ‘SET’ on LCD.
Connect Welding Pen Wire.
When spot welding starts, press the spot welding pen to flip the spot welding switch.
Note:
It can only provide working power to ZK-XW1 through 5.4V-15V Battery.
Prohibit Connect Power Supply: Switching power supply, DC stabilized power supply, Adapter, Transformer.
Due to the relatively thin tip of the soldering pen, a large amount of heat is generated during welding and conducted to the soldering pen. After continuous and rapid operation, the soldering pen will heat up or become hot, which is a normal phenomenon.
