Just a few months after I got this it broke. Damn. It looks nice and worked great but didn't last. It jammed and some part inside broke. We were careful with it too. Sad. I like this style but sadly I'll have to find a brand that won't crap out in under a year!

It’s a little tricky to install; figure at least one hour if you have all the tools. Biggest complaint is the hardware is too long for a standard size door. The screw bottoms out before the hardware is tight. Of course, the screw is metric, and to find the correct length & correct head style is next to impossible. I saw where other reviews mention this too - why do you keep sending poor quality product when you know you have a problem?
