It works but beware screws are small and easy to lose extra screws would be appreciated.

the quality of this part is great. The plastic bushings may fall off in the packaging - they go back on easily with your fingers but make sure you get them the correct way around as they are tapered in design.

I liked that it fit just like the original and restored the proper function of the door hinge for our washing machine. Price was reasonable, arrived quickly what's not to like?

I installed the new hinge and there is still a lot of sag in the door. You need the lift the door to make contact with door lock mechanism.

My washer door has been loose fitting for probably the last 3 years at least. The hinge itself is made out of cast metal with metal pins covered in plastic. Finally a couple weeks ago one of the cast pins broke and then the door was about to fall off. This replacement hinge was easy to install and works perfectly! The door doesn’t sag at all anymore!

It seems like a large number of washers use this particular hinge, and judging by how popular they seem to be (from number of reviews), I think the machine and hinge pair was badly designed from the start. In fact, the first time mine broke, I ordered one replacement. As soon as I saw the replacement worked and fit, I orderered two more just to have on hand. They've very easy to change. Takes about15 minutes and a philips screwdriver - that's it.Remove the door from the machine - easy. If you have a workbench, lay it face down on that. If you don't have a workbench, just lay a towel over your kitchen table to prevent scratches, and use that.Undo the obvious, visible screws til you get to the hinge, swap it out, and put the screws and cover back. The door aligned the first time with no trouble at all.My only complaint is that they're *squeaky*. Loud. I mean *really loud*. LIke.. you're gonna wake up the house loud.WD40 helped a bit. But, what worked best for me was a small drop of liquid soap between the two moving parts - that seems to be just the right lubrication to stop most of the squeak. Do that *before* you put the cover back on the washer door.

My washer door doesn't hang down like it use to and was easy to install, the door guide was broken and it was easy to replace.

I didn't answer "durability" because the manufacturers design is terrible. That has nothing to do with this transaction.
