About the 3M Sticky Pad
- Others: without 3m sticky pad. You may need extra help with extra hands just because you have to hold the scar plate in place while tightening the knob screws, especially if you are installing both scar plates on the same knob.
- Ours: come with 3m sticky pad. Just stick the scar plate onto the door hole and you don't have to hold it by hand.

Happy to recommend this Door Reinforcement Plate from the MOSECYOU Store. I originally acquired this to hide where I didn’t do a good job creating a hole for the deadbolt on a back door, and it worked well. I like the satin finish that blended perfectly with the deadbolt. Installation with the 3M double-sided adhesive pad was easy. 5 stars for ease of install, looks and competitive pricing.

The metal is rigid and has a nice polish to it that's sleek and classy; professional even, in the right environment. The adhesive was immaculate.The only thing I wish these had was the extra length on the side that reaches to the door's edge for extra reinforcement. Other brands have that, just not the great adhesive.

What a great idea. I needed to cover up where a different size knob used to be. This worked perfect. They are self adhesive. They also add a look of elegance to the door. Makes it not so plain.

This is smaller than a standard door knob door and literally will not fit as the picture show maybe for a child’s clubhouse or dollhouse it would work, but this is one of the most misleading descriptions

Are nice quality easy to install and worked well. They come with 3M self adhesive matching shaped gaskets, with an extra included. The metal is security worthy thick, but not too thick. We used it on our outside rear gate, with the 2x6 lumber was too thin for a traditional exterior locking door know/handle. Adding this not only matched the handle but increased the thickness and added strength it the installation. It was packaged well and arrived in normal time. Recommended.
