Not the best of quality could have done with a countersink rebate to take the screws a bit flatter.but used them and made my own rebate to take the screws Looks OK

My husband and I purchase this beautiful antique looking clasp for our chest coffee table. It was a great fit and perfectly sturdy and helps prevent our young children from squishing their hands. Definitely recommend, especially at this price.

Unfortunately the latch was very hard to move. The second time it moved it broke. Made out of base metal. Did not order a replacement out of concern it would happen again. Excellent return policy.

Ordered because I broke the lid off a beautiful wooden box from China...this worked great to repair the lid and enable normal open/close functions. It's also nice looking.

Works for the jewelry box I made mum. Will say the screws with junk like this are crap normally. If you don't use a starter screw you more than likely will twist the head off the screw. I'm not picking apart this product because it was the look I wanted. Not for everyday use and it might last. I beveled the screw holes a bit then used some bigger ones I had sitting around. Looks good I think.

Hinges open only 90 degrees. Slight modification will allow them to open 180

Looked great on my project. The screws seemed a little short, but hope they will last. Really looked great on the box I built.
