When this arrived, the package was wrapped in lots of bubble wrap, yet the box inside was damaged and the handle to the pot was broken. There was an item inside the box that didn't belong and I couldn't even separate the lid from the infuser. All instructions are in Chinese. Trying to go through return process, but wondering if I'll get a response.
