Product was great for about a week, and then the nozzle stopped working. Trying to locate seller to troubleshoot or at least get replacement nozzle but don't know how to contact other than leave a review.

I purchased two of these for work and they all love them. they can get their tea going when they arrive to work and buy their first break, they can enjoy a delicious cup of tea.
