It works better than the broken one it replaced, and is very close to having the OEM feel. The bright switch breaks crisper than OEM. I just wish it was printed in a 15 years of nicotine and Cheetos color instead go the new white color text that doesn't match anything else in the car.

The description says "includes" Cruise control. This product does not have it. I returned it twice. Came quickly would have gotten a better review IF it was the actual product described.

Dealer wanted to charge $600+ for this part, but the service manager agreed to warranty the installation when I mentioned that I'd found a Dorman product for less than $80. He uses their parts on his own car. What a great find on a great product. Matches the OEM part perfectly and works like a charm!UPDATE: 3 years later and every function of this part is still working perfectly. Saved me a ton of cash upfront and in the long haul. I was very happy with this part! It came pretty quickly and the price was very reasonable. It worked like a charm and fit just like the factory one. I held the original up next to this one and they looked identical. I would buy it again and recommend it to a friend or anyone for that matter.
