I installed a 1985 Dodge Ramcharger Driverside Door on a 1984 Dodge Ramcharger Prospector 5.9l 4x4 with this part and it was correct. Fit is for a 1985 Dodge Ramcharger door to be installed on your 1984 Dodge Ramcharger.

I installed this item and it didn't last but a month. My hinges are in great shape, so I know the door didn't ruin it. I've been doing this type of work my entire life and I won't be purchasing any of this brand again. Dorman used to make a great quality part. Apparently they don't make them to last.

I haven't put these on my truck yet. I hope my doors will close properly with these and the hinge pins.

Unscrewed the old one and screwed this one right in. Works like a charm. The little plastic striker cover withstood about 4 door opening and closing cycles before it fell off. Other than that I am very happy with this item.
