I don't know if this was defective but after installing it, it made a clicking noise when turning the wheel. I sent it back and got a Ford part, no issues after that.

Original shaft rusted up under the hood , drives like new again and a lot easier to install than expected, literally 1/2 hour.

What is defective I got a pay Mechanic to take her. My car is clicking making noises it’s not working properly is defective defective. I can pay Mechanic to take it out and replace it with something new different. If it is no good, I need to return it and get my money back I need a full refund. Thank you.
