The carwash took out my previous wiper arm and was worried about having to install a new one. I'm 68 and was so proud of myself installing it with no problems! I did buy a OTUAYAUTO Upgraded Battery Terminal and Wiper Arm Puller after googling directions on how to install it and made it easy.

I'm a person who pays close attention to manufacturing standards. This is a well made product. The packaging is even of good quality (a seriously thick, clear resealable sleeve). The wiper arm fit perfectly on my 2010 Buick Enclave. I don't regret paying a little extra for this (It was still much less than purchasing from a dealer). BTW, I've noticed that more products are listed as shipped or sold by "amazon" NOT "Amazon.com". This is suspicious. This item was listed as shipped and sold by "Amazon.com", where as other aftermarket versions of this wiper arm are sold by "amazon". Probably not the same company. I try to avoid supporting any company that uses deceptive or misleading tactics.

This is pretty much identical to my original one. Had to get this cuz my original snapped at the car wash. This one is amazing. Fit on perfect. And is really strong. Better than GM wanting to charge me 100$

Perfect replacement for my 2013 Buick Enclave. Easy to install. Took off 1 nut, removed old wiper arm, replaced with the new wiper arm, put the same nut back on, and I was finished. Works just like the old one.
