Amazon mis-represents this item as fitting my 2003 Ford Escape - It does not perform it's intended function.It fits if all you care about that it is sized properly. If you look at the pictures you will note there are no "tabs" on the inside of the cap so you can't twist and lock it in place. Hence, it puts up and leaves the neck of the washer fluid reservoir open. There is no fix for this other than to get a different cap. properly engineered for this model car. It goes in my trash.

Said it would fit a Ford Escape 2017 reservoir. It lied. I had to use tinfoil and elastic to stay on.

Product arrived in a timely manner. Not sure if this is OEM design but it dies NOT fit tight at all. For the price though and two zip ties it's GTG.

this part should not be recommended for a taurus, its nowhere near close to a functional fit, this cap is a snap on type lid, 2003 taurus needs a twist on type cap. this cap only fits over the opening and there is no actual positive functional sealing provided, sitting loosely over the inlet it does vibrate free easily with little driving. i'd return it but i lost the plastic bag it was shipped in and suspect it'll cost more in return freight than i'd get back for it.
