Was looking for one of these Mustang tanks for a project car. Saw one advertised online for $120. Checked the model number, found this one here for $92. Arrived in great shape save for one bend in the flange on the front edge, easily straightened.

was totally suprised when it arrived. coated inside and out so no bare metal showing. For $90 it fits great with no issues and saved me a bunch of time messing around with a rusting fuel tank

First shipment arrived damaged, Amazon sent a new one to replace that was a bit better.Fitment of the tank was perfect in my 66 Mustang. The lockring/fuel sender tabs needed to be tightened up to get a good seal, but after adjusting that, the tank works great. I decided to "rhino line" the exterior of my tank before install to extend it's life a bit. Looks awesome under there.

Priced right. I would pay a lil more for it if i know it was going to fit perfect on my 1967 cougar. I like that it has the drain plug, did not have to drill anything, and has some sort of coating its not bear metal on the outside. Idk about the inside. Just like the original. It does have a few other holes drilled but i dont care. Get a new gasket for the sending unit, while your at it.
